Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
Alaska & Hawaii
Soon! We will eventually be shipping to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional fee. However, we are not currently doing so. If you need shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please email us at: support@distantdawn.com and let us know.
International
We're currently unable to ship internationally, but we're exploring options to expand our network. Let us know if you're interested—understanding demand guides our growth.
Delivery address
We ship only to physical street addresses. Due to their size and FedEx handling requirements, our framed prints cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
Timeline
Orders ship within 5–7 business days. Transit time typically ranges from 3–7 days for continental US delivery. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After that window, we begin production immediately and cannot accept cancellations. If you have concerns about your order, contact us right away—we'll do everything we can to help.
Returns & replacements
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns due to change of preference.
We'll replace your order if:
- The piece arrives damaged (broken glass, cracked frame, damaged print)
- You received the wrong image, size, or frame option
- The print shows defects (misalignment, printing errors)
Damaged on arrival
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, save your packaging and photograph the affected items, the packaging, and the shipping label. Contact us within 5 days with photos, and we'll make it right.
